The Work
Most heritage tourism destinations leave significant revenue on the table by stocking generic souvenirs instead of building original product around their own story. This engagement was about changing that — conceiving, designing, sourcing, and placing original IP lines that couldn't be found anywhere else.
Every product in this program was created from scratch: original characters, original illustration, original positioning. The result is a growing retail program that earns on the floor, builds brand equity, and gives visitors something worth keeping.

In Development
The program continues to grow. Currently in development: Mahjong Hits Different in New Orleans (tumbler, magnet, tea towel), Louisiana Zodiac™, and expanded Eternal Love colorways. Each new line is designed to extend the IP universe while deepening the connection to place.
